About Me

I have worked as a therapist, teacher, and facilitator since 1997 — across individual depth work, group processes, organisational contexts, and educational settings.

The through-line has always been the same question: what actually moves a life, beneath the level of intention and understanding?

Something of my own history sits behind this work. It may help to know it.

I grew up in South Africa during the apartheid years — in a bilingual, bi-religious household, surrounded by a social order built on separation, fear, and enforced hierarchy. That context made certain things viscerally clear at an early age: that systems shape people from the inside, that the inner life and the outer world are one question, and that real change — in a person, in a community — moves from the inside out.

These are the tenets from which the work grows, the ground that emerges from the abstract to the embodied present.

Consciousness, relationship, and meaning are the orienting themes. The capacity to stand in one’s own light — and to face what resists — is both the central challenge and the central dignity of human life. The work returns to here, in whatever form it takes.

I am based in Sweden and work with individuals, couples, groups, and practitioners in supervision. Sessions are conducted in English, Swedish, and the gestural and symbolic language that is older than time.
