It may help to know it.<\/p><p>I grew up in South Africa during the apartheid years \u2014 in a bilingual, bi-religious household, surrounded by a social order built on separation, fear, and enforced hierarchy. The capacity to stand in one\u2019s own light \u2014 and to face what resists \u2014 is both the central challenge and the central dignity of human life. The work returns to here, in whatever form it takes.<\/p><p style=\"font-style: italic;\">I am based in Sweden and work with individuals, couples, groups, and practitioners in supervision.
