What enlivens this work is the dynamic in the room itself, tended through caring, process-oriented facilitation \u2014 sustained over time, and aimed at building something a group of professionals doesn’t automatically have just because each of them is skilled alone with a client.<\/p>

Twelve people bring twelve fields into the room, and what moves between them is never just the sum of twelve separate cases. A group builds its own edge \u2014 a place where what’s alive in the room would go further than any single presenting case, and where the group, left to its habits, would stop rather than follow it. This group is facilitated, not just convened. That distinction matters, and it’s not a formality \u2014 active facilitation is what lets a group of twelve professionals become something more than twelve people taking turns. It’s what makes it possible to include field-awareness, non-local phenomena, and dreambody signals to reveal and inform the work \u2014 common to all, regardless of who “owns” the case.<\/p>

The aim, over time, is real peer capacity: members increasingly able to hold each other’s material with skill, offer supervision to one another, and track the group’s own process \u2014 not only their own case material. That capacity is built, not assumed. Facilitation stays present and active for as long as it’s needed, and recedes only as the group demonstrates it can genuinely carry more of this process itself.<\/p>

Casework is part of what happens here, and it carries the same weight as the group’s own process \u2014 what’s moving between the people in the room, not only what each person brings as material to present. Session length: 2 hours, held up to twice monthly.<\/p>

Offered as a season package: 2000 SEK per participant, covering a season of roughly four months, up to eight sessions.<\/p>
